How quickly can I pick up my order?

Pickup orders are usually ready within 1-2 days. Please text our founder Rita at 416-993-3577 so you can arrange a convenient time for pickup.
How do pickups work?

You place your order online. Pickup address is provided once you've placed your order. We take 1-2 days to prepare your order Please text Rita @ 416-993-3577 to arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your order. Your order will be placed on the porch right before the specified time.
Where are pickups located?

St. Clair/Dufferin area - exact address is sent to you once you place an order!
How much does delivery cost?

Delivery to parts of St. Clair Village, Earlscourt, Wychwood, Regal Heights, Davenport, Humewood, Bloor West Village, High Park, Junction, Roncesvalles & some nearby areas is FREE within specific boundaries. If your address falls outside of those boundaries but is close by, the delivery cost is $10.
How fast do you deliver?

Delivery times are based on your location: Bloor West Village, High Park, Junction, Roncesvalles: 2-7 days. Deliveries are usually done on Thursday. St. Clair Village, Earlscourt, Wychwood, Regal Heights, Davenport, Humewood & some nearby areas: 1-3 business days
What is the Perfectly Imperfect Shop?

The Perfectly Imperfect Shop sells perfectly usable soaps with a small flaw (some of which were part of early batches) at a discount. These flaws are usually things like small aesthetic issues (lines, darkening or bubbles) or too little fragrance added. Perfectly Imperfect soaps are still made with the same high quality ingredients you can expect in our regular soaps (such as essential oils, olive oil, clays, shea butter, local garden flowers infused in oils, etc.). If you're on a budget, Perfectly Imperfect soaps are a great choice. Some of the flaws are so small, it's difficult to tell the difference from our regular soaps!
Why are your soaps more expensive than commercial ones?

★ They are handmade in small batches, which takes lots of care, time & love! ★ They are made with expensive, high-quality ingredients like shea butter, olive oil, special essential oils, clays and garden flowers. We don't use chemicals, fillers or harsh detergents. ★ Some soaps are decorative which take extra time to make. ★ To help protect the environment, we don't use palm oil (which is cheaper than other oils) in any of our products. Our soaps are also vegan, plastic/waste-free and use healing ingredients instead of harmful ones.

Where can I purchase your products in Canada?

We are currently offering pickup in Toronto, and delivery to a couple regions in Toronto. We are hoping to expand to shipping Canada-wide in 2024.
Do you ship your soaps? If so, where?

We are currently only taking pickup/delivery orders, but we are planning to start shipping orders sometime in 2024.
What is your return policy?

We allow full return of unused soaps within 2 business days. Please drop off your return to receive a refund.
