PICK-UP POLICY

We aim to have your order ready for pickup in 1-2 business days.

When your order is ready for pickup, we will email you.

Please pick up your order within 1 week.

This policy will apply starting in 2024, as we currently are only accepting pick-up orders.

We aim to ship in-stock orders within 3-4 business days.

We currently only ship within Canada and do not offer any international shipping.

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.

We allow full return of unused soaps within 2 business days. Please drop off your return to receive a refund.
